SPACE A home design’s mission is to find hidden gems and give them a new life.
I created SPACE A home design after spending more than 25 years as a journalist working in New York, Miami, Brussels and Washington, D.C. for several major news organizations. I covered the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks, the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, the Pentagon, New York City politics, presidential elections and much more. I'm an Air Force brat and married to an Army combat veteran.
Now I'm following my longtime passion for home design. My style reflects my love for functionality, beauty and a sense of history. Bold yet classic. I like things that tell a story.
So where does the name SPACE A home design come from? SPACE A is a military term that stands for space available. It's the military version of flying stand-by. If there's space available, you can fly.
